Would a penis extender make a good gift for my boyfriend/husband?
That really depends on him. If he's talked about wanting to enlarge his penis, then getting him one would probably be a very thoughtful gift. However, if he hasn't talked about it, he might take offense to it. You know your partner best - the decision is yours.
Can you use a penis extender when you sleep?
This is up to you. If you don't toss and turn at night, and you sleep on your back or side, you can wear it. However, if you're like me that tosses and turns at night, the device would come off all too often.

Can you wear it under your pants, and have no chance of anyone noticing it?
Yes, you can wear it under your pants. Most penis extenders can pivot up or down, so if you would like to wear it under you pants, you would angle it down from the base of the extender.
